Several mobile and web apps are now available to help people with their daily routines and activities. Such digital platforms are also utilized by enterprises to promote their businesses and stand out against competition.

Turo

If you want to rent a car and drive it yourself for an out-of-town vacation or nearby staycation, this app would help you find one. Renting a car would never have been as easy as one could imagine with Turo. It allows you to rent a car directly from its owner.

This app can help you search, not just airfares, but also cheapest accommodations on hotels, holiday deals, and car rentals. These capabilities make it a one-stop travel search engine, from transportation to accommodation.

Dufl

When you are that type of person who travels a lot, whether for business purposes or leisure, Dufl best suits you.

Dufl keeps you away from the inconvenience of packing clothes every time you move from one place to another. Once you have created an account, a suitcase will be delivered to your doorstep, and you can immediately start packing clothes for your trip. Then, the suitcase should be mailed back to Dufl’s central storage facility. Dufl will take inventory and photos of your clothes and put it in the app for your reference. When you need your clothes, all you have to do is select the items from the app and it will be sent to your destination.

The service also includes washing and dry cleaning of all your clothes when you are done. Your clothes are then stored until your next trip. The storage service costs $10 per month, and each bag sent to your destination costs $99 roundtrip, including the cleaning and repacking.

Subscribing to Dufl may cost an amount of money, but the time and effort it saves  is more than enough to prove that it will be worth it.

Foursquare came up with two mobile apps which can help consumers build meaningful and amazing getaway experiences: Foursquare City Guide and Foursquare Swarm.
